Poolsmart is 100% New Zealand owned and operated and based in the beautiful seaside town of Raglan.  All our pools are built to order and constructed in our own purpose built factory and fiberglass shop. 

Tony Belle is founder and director of PoolSmart. He has vast experience in various industries from boat building (Buccaneer Boats) to bathroom and motorhome manufacturing, including America’s cup work with Southern Spars and aircraft components for Pacific Aerospace. He has worked with general fibreglass, resin infusion, pattern making, mould making as well running his own business for the past 16 years. Poolsmart was conceived a few years ago and is a result of Tony’s ability to design and produce products using fresh ideas and innovative thinking. 

Tony is supported by his manufacturing team and his partner Ange who looks after Poolsmart Customer Care. She's well placed to do this given her thriving customer feedback company What Lies Beneath.
